30 Day Credit
Credit Sales Agreement terms with our customers are net 30 days from time of delivery. Finance charges will be computed on all balances over 30 days. The finance charge is computed by a periodic rate of 1.5 % (annual percentage rate of 18%) on the portion of the balance over 30 days.

COD - Collect On Delivery
COD payments are accepted at the time of delivery and may include cash, money order, or approved checks. All payments are to be made payable to White Fuel or Griffith Energy Services, Inc. Under no circumstances should a check or money order be made payable to an employee of the Company.

Budget Program
Customers who choose the budget payment program will make 12 even monthly payments.

There are no finance charges incurred on the budget payment program if you are making your regular monthly payments. If you become delinquent in your payments, automatic delivery will be stopped until payments are made current and any special programs will be forfeited for the remainder of the heating season.

	Include your service agreement into the same monthly payment for your fuel deliveries.
	It doesn't cost anything to join.
	You'll receive interest on your account when you have a credit balance.

Our budget plan allows you to benefit no matter what type of weather we have each heating season.

If the winter is warmer than expected, we will apply the balance to next year’s budget and lower your monthly payment. Or you could use the extra funds to pay for some equipment upgrades or other cost-saving equipment.

When there is a colder-than-normal winter, and our estimate of your fuel cost is low, we will notify you and ask you to increase your payment. Our goal is to have a zero balance on your budget account at the end of the heating season.

Credit Card
Credit cards may be used to pay for fuel deliveries. We require these payments to be made before delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may make these arrangements over the telephone.

EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer
If you are interested in using our EFT program, send in a voided check and complete the EFT form enclosed with the appropriate banking information, and we will automatically draft your account for your deliveries.

Computers have made many parts of our lives easier, and paying for your fuel deliveries may be one of them. Using our EFT program will free you from the hassle of writing checks, using the post office and wondering if the check got there.
